Shipping

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We endeavour to have deliveries to buyers within 7 working days. Deliveries will only be made to a residential address. Goods will not be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years, JMH Distilling Pty Ltd request proof of identification and age on receipt of goods.

JMH Distilling or this website do not retain any of your credit card information. All online payments are brokered by Square. Returns

JMH Distilling Pty Ltd do not accept cancellation of orders, returns or refunds for buyer change of mind or circumstance where there is no product fault. It is the buyer responsibility to check product before accepting order as no liability will be accepted after product is received. In saying this though, we understand that on occasions a product may be damaged in transit or has a faulty seal, if this occurs please contact us immediately as once goods are signed for no liability will be accepted for breakage. When a product is faulty or damaged JMH Distilling Pty Ltd will refund purchase cost or organise a replacement.
